In winter exercise seem to push further down on our list or exist from our list. Motivation is needed here or reasons to get you to start moving, be fit and healthy, create a fitness new year resolution.

How can you motivate yourself? How can you motivate others? This question needs to be answered. We know that exercise or moving is important to us. Its common knowledge. The health benefit is amazing to all kind of sickness. It may not cure some but can definitely make the illness more manageable.

Somehow when we are marginally healthy, with no severe sickness that we know of, exercise or moving for healing sickness does not seem to be a motivating factor for many of us. Most of us make excuses like I have children, work is taking up all of my time, I’m so busy, and it can go on and on.

So what can this writer do to convince oneself and others to make a better choice and start moving? Have a point to look back on or read back on to motivate oneself to move? There are much more benefit to moving or exercising then just helping with illness. Exercise gives you energy, vitality, make you happier, give you a hot body, clear your skin, give you focus, better mental wellbeing and have a better sex life. What else can you ask for? These are all the things we want in our lives. Maybe not all, but most of it.

Vitality and energy

Dancing is one of those physical activities that not only bring vitality but joy and fun for those who participate in it.

We know that exercise or moving for about 15-30mins regularly does wonders for our health. For the average person who gets by with no health concern, one motivating factor is regular moderate intense movement or exercise give us more energy and vitality. As exercise helps our cardiovascular system be more efficient, the lung and heart operate more cooperatively. When they operate cohesively and efficiently, your blood flows productively providing nourishment to our body cells.

When you think about when the heart pumps without exercise, the pump force is an average force, the output or blood pressure and flow out does not go very far. But when you exercise or physical moderate intense movement, the energy generated through exercise allows the heart to give more force in its pump.

The heart rate will increase taking on the energy to pump our blood. Due to the power behind the pump, blood will be pushed out with high strength furthering the blood distribution distance and cleaning up any unwanted clog. This is why exercising allows the blood to move further, hence it may be considered faster, making more round trips in our body.

The deep breath taken while exercising allows more oxygen to be taken in by our lung. Due to our deep breath through exercising the extra oxygen taken in compared to our regular intake will provide more oxygen hence, replenishment of our body cell is more efficient. With the heart strength and the lung increase, compacity in oxygen intake both together will take less time in nourishing our body.

With more round trips at a maximum oxygen level, it is natural that we would have more energy.  Being tired and lazy through lack of energy will not be a problem. You will have the energy to spare. After a long day of work, tiredness will become less of an issue as your body fitness level increase. You would want to go out and do more things and fill your life with more adventure. You would come into a job with more energy and focus. Who does not want more energy?

An American study, who studies 80 plus participant on the result of exercise a few days a week, has shown a dramatic improvement in their health. Their high blood pressure improves, and their whole well being improve (energy increase, muscle tone up, fat loss, and so on). If exercising can do wonders to 80 years old, imagine how beneficial it can be for younger people. The energy and vitality you get will be worth it.

Better skin

Let face it you would rather have good skin than bad skin. Regular movement or exercise does wonders for your skin. With the heart pumping efficient, allowing our body to regulates your blood flow effectively. This act, in turn, aiding and improve the lymphatic system in flushing out the unwanted toxin.

exercise improve your skin

The digestive system is another benefactor of exercise. The digestive systems is another waste and toxin remover. Moderate movement or exercise helps move the digestive system and aid it in its process, by helping increase the natural contraction of the intestinal muscle, allowing the stool to pass down and out of your body faster.

Furthermore, because the process through the large intestine is faster water absorption is less making it the stool less dry and hard, making it easier to pass. Those with constipation problem should exercise more. As you exercise for about 15-30mins a day 3-4 time a week with moderate intensity, you will notice your body becoming more regular.  This is the sign that the digestive is doing its job more effectively. In turn, when there are less toxin and waste, your body is cleaner, your skin will sing to this tune. Your skin will clear up, and it will thank you.

Exercising will make your breath deeper e.g. yoga is excellent at this. The deep breath allows the exchange of oxygen and removal of carbon dioxide, waste from our body. As your heart pump stronger and your blood flow increases its distance. Therefore, our body does more round trip then the non-exercise, supplying our body with the foods it needs. It also means the body is cleaning more often than not exercising. Your blood is much cleaner, and the body is healthier. Showing itself in the form of your physical health, your skin and body.

Hot body

We all seen those sexy athletes with your tone body and six back with cut and line. What we average people wish we have. Honestly, we all don’t have the hours they have put into training at the gym as well as doing football practice or similar to have that body. But having a tighter body or losing just a little here or there is not impossible, for our short term goal.

Strategic movement can definitely help us with a specific area of our body. Movement and exercise do wonders for our body, not only inner health, but it can majorly contribute to physical fitness and body beauty. Looking less weak and healthier is much more appealing than those who look weak and sickly.

Lossing fat

To losing weight, sweating is key. It is best to do things like running, jogging, long brisk walks or aerobic at the gym. Jogging 4 or more days for 15-30 minutes is considered a highly active movement activity. A quick speedy walk of 30 minutes a day for most days a week is moderate exercise or movement activities.

Dr Ingrid van Heerden, registered dietician, recommended when the goal to lose weight is best to do a moderate intensity exercise or a series of moderate intensity of movement for 30 mins a day. The next day a high-intensity workout. Rotate it 3-4 time a week continuously. You will reach your desired result. If you can set time for an hour, it would be ideal in creating a better result. If you continue this rhythm for months on end, this will help you lose weight and keep it off.

We all need muscle to help us function like walking carrying shopping bag or get ourselves from place to another. Hence strengthening our muscle through movement is essential. It will strain the muscle, but in turn, it will stimulate proteins for muscle growth. Giving individual more strength and power but also build up our muscle appearance. This is when that define structure, cut and line you wanted will begin to shape.

By participating in these activities, your brain is trained to be less reactive because it is exposed to the state of fight and flight mode through exercising. When a person is anxious, that is when they are worried or fearful, their heart will pump more rapidly. This same thing will happen when you are exercising.

Your heart will pump with force, and the blood flow will rush to get your body ready push you through the exercises or to deal with the fear. Hence by exercising it helps train your brain and body to stay cool, calm and collected. As it been through the rush more often to know it not a big deal.
